How to Disable Adobe Reader Automatic Updates

Like me, if you are also annoyed with Adobe reader Updates popping up and downloading the application Updates, You can disable it by follow the steps,
Step # 1
 
Step # 2
 
Step # 3
 
Step # 4
In Final Step a window will Pop Simply Unchecked Automatic updates for adobe reader and uncheck application adobe reader 8.
Note:Verified on adobe reader 8
