to solve that follow the below tips any one or multiple Point will fix that problem:

Verify internet connection...

Firewall on the wifi connection blocking you,Off the Wifi Firewall.

Off the Firewall on the local computer.

Disable the Email Scanning in Antivirus.

Change the Email Message e.g Ariel to Time New...

Change the Format HTML to Plain Text
