-Candidate should possess a Bachelors or Masters degree from a reputable institute.
-Atleast 6 months to 2 years experience in the related field.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
1.Knowledge and understanding of ACD, VOIP Protocols, Codecs.
2. Asterisk, VOS 3000 and VoipSwitch administration experience
3. PBX and VOIP knowledge and experience
4. Software operation issues in Linux and Windows 2003 server environments
5. Ability to follow detailed and technical instructions related to installation and troubleshooting
6. Aptitude for troubleshooting software and hardware problems
7. Windows & Linux networking and administration in a server environment
8. Expert level knowledge of switches

PTCL Block Porn Websites

Pakistan telecommunication authority (PTA) has recently take stick action against porn, sex, abusive websites and blogs to not open in Pakistan. This action has already applied on all other sub-DSL providers companies. Including, Wateen, Cybernet, Micronet, LinkdotNet, Wi-tribe, Mobilinkinfinity and COMSATS. Ghazi Muhammad Abdullah, a 15-year-old 9th grader, had written to the Chief Justice to take notice of the porn websites, which are easily and freely accessible in Pakistan. Abdullah had approached Chief Justice after failed attempt of convincing IT Ministry and PTA for blocking these objectionable websites on which PTA take Strict Action. Note: Back in October last year, the PTA had issued directives to all broadband operators in Pakistan to block about 1,000 porn websites in Pakistan with immediate effect. Many broadband/DSL operators took immediate action and provided compliance reports (via email) to PTA within a day.
